Al Hamraa School founded its educational approaches and management style on values’ framework clearly visible in the school’s vision and mission and promoted among students. To that end, a magnetic Values Tree is placed in the classrooms, to embody these values and encourage students to complete it individually or collaboratively. When distinguished by a specific value, the student or the classroom will earn a leaf representing this value and they will place it on the Values Tree. In addition, teachers promise to promote and uphold the integrity of the teaching profession, by executing their duties thoroughly and responsibly, and realizing that they have a significant role to play in development of an intellectual, inquirer and reflective generation.
